No, it's not a charge but an authorization for your order amount. Just give us two business days from the day you submit your order to process it and calculate the final shipping cost, then a Four Seasons representative will contact you either through email or phone to get an approval from you on your final shipping quote. Once everything is approved, we will ship out your merchandise and charge your card. If for some reason you're not satisfied with the shipping charges, our shipping department will try to get you a better quote or cancel your order without any extra fees.
